Love Games? Noble Knight is hiring for Game Trade Associate!
Noble Knight Games has been selling new, used and out-of-print games since 1997 and helping gamers from around the world save money and find exactly what they need. We are a leader in the gaming industry and have been growing steadily over the years. We are located in a new 65,000 square foot facility in Fitchburg, WI. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our 1st shift Game Trades Team.
Ideal candidates will be:
Self-Motivated.
Data Entry and heavy computer experience – excellent typing skills, excel, word and outlook experience and able to adapt quickly to new computer systems and processes.
Experience and Interest in Gaming!
Exposure to a wide variety of games and game types including Board Games, especially Hex and Counter War Games, Miniatures War Games, Roleplaying Games, CCGs and more.
Knowledge of game components and value of games is more important than rules or gameplay experience.
Diversity of gaming knowledge is more beneficial than highly specialized knowledge of 1 or a few specific games.
Very detail oriented.
Ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs regularly.
Ability to work well in a team AND individually.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Position Details:
Interact with Noble Knight Customers to assess and make offers to purchase pre-owned items.
Critical member of our Buy-Sell-Trade program at the heart of Noble Knight Games.
Determine overall value of items being offered for sale.
Negotiate on behalf of Noble Knight Games to purchase customer individual items and large gaming related collections.
Ensure the incoming shipment matches the agreed inventory items negotiated.
Track trade offers and follow-up with customers while providing outstanding customer service.
Flexible schedule as we determine if this will be a 1st, 2nd or a possible swing shift position.
Interface with our curation, customer service, receiving and warehouse teams as necessary.
40 hours a week plus OT required as business dictates.
