Junior Technical Recruiter
for a prestigious client. In this position, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent across corporate positions. Responsibilities
Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for corporate roles.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate early-stage candidate evaluations.
Support recruiters and hiring managers with outreach and scheduling.
Maintain accurate candidate data and records within recruiting systems.
Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
Assist in ensuring a smooth and consistent candidate experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition support.
Proficiency in LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing tools.
Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and data integrity.
Willingness to work in the office and grow into full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
