As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top‑tier talent for Central Transport. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to conduct recruitment activities.
Central Transport LLC is one of the nation’s most reliable and technologically advanced LTL (Less-than-Truckload) carriers to date. Shift Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:30pm ON-SITE
$55,000-$65,000/year + quarterly bonus opportunities (up to an extra 25% in bonuses per year based on hires)
Responsibilities
Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach)
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Screen, interview, and assess candidates across a variety of roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a strong candidate experience
Track and maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data
Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies
Travel approximately 20-30% to support recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily with people at all levels
Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment
Willingness to travel domestically (and potentially internationally)
