Customer Service Representative
for a client in Beaumont, TX. This is an entry‑level opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional, dependable attitude. You will support daily office operations by assisting customers via phone and email, answering questions related to products and orders, and entering customer information accurately into the system.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails
Assist customers with product and order‑related questions
Enter customer and order information accurately into the system
Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers and team members
Occasionally assist with light warehouse‑related tasks, such as packing boxes, if needed
Qualifications
Previous customer service, retail, or office support experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and accurate typing skills required; a typing assessment may be administered during the interview process
Detail‑oriented and dependable
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with a Monday‑Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime may be required occasionally. Pay ranges from $12–$13 per hour.
