The Seasonal Data Entry / Administrative Assistant provides temporary, part-time support to the Customer Service department. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy while entering and maintaining data. Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems and databases Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets used for tracking orders, customer information, and department metrics Support the Customer Service team with administrative and clerical tasks Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Organize and file electronic and/or paper records Assist with special projects during peak workload periods Communicate professionally with internal team members as needed Required Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required Proven accuracy with data entry Experience using Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a manufacturing, customer service, or office administrative role Familiarity with ERP or order entry systems Employment Type
