Overview
We have an immediate need for a FULL TIME (Experienced) Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. The working schedule is full time, the two shifts are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and/or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with mandatory rotating weekends. Benefits offered: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life. Potential Daily Bonuses of $150 - $300. No Major Holidays or After-hours. Responsibilities
Providing friendly services to customers & company employees. Potential Daily Bonuses of $150 - $300 Keeping data and records up to date including spreadsheet information Answering multi-line telephone system Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment Benefits
