Residential Property Manager

Our growing Phoenix based, top‑rated real estate brokerage/property management firm, Capstone Realty Professionals, is looking to add a new member to our successful team. We are currently seeking a licensed real estate agent for a full‑time property manager role. The right person will be an extremely organized multitasker that loves offering great customer service and has personal experience managing a portfolio of residential properties. You must be a team player, able to interact with owners and tenants professionally, and pick up the phone to problem‑solve. An active Arizona real estate license is required. Don’t let the title fool you – this is a high‑touch customer‑service position where great relationships with clients are paramount to success. The biggest difference between Capstone Property Managers and others is our ability to be proactive and bring solutions instead of being reactive.

Your Duties Will Include

Being the main point of contact for our property owners and tenants

Determining rents by running rental comps

Managing lite maintenance requests from tenants

Enforcing the lease agreements

Handling your portfolio property turns using our approved vendors

Managing tenant expectations, concerns and issues

Processing move‑outs

Our Ideal Applicant Will Have

Active Arizona real estate license

Background in residential property management

Experience with property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus)

Proven customer‑service experience in the real estate industry

Active listening and problem‑solving experience

Ability to create and track spreadsheets

Solid organizational skills

Exceptional phone skills

This is an in‑office, customer‑service based role with room for growth. Our property management division has grown year over year since 2008 and we need great people to add to the culture of our team.
