Full-time Responsibilities
Create visually compelling designs for presentations, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, social media, and internal communications. Support the development of branded materials that communicate ideas clearly and consistently. Translate feedback into polished visual deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to develop graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling assets. Assist with maintaining visual consistency across all company materials and platforms. Prepare files for digital and print use as needed. Help evolve templates, branded assets, and other reusable design resources. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices. Minimum Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals, creativity, and visual communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Figma and other design tools. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work on-site in Arlington, VA. Nice-to-Have
Internship, freelance, academic, or campus organization design experience. Familiarity with Canva, Framer, and PowerPoint design.
