
Hospitality Ambassador

We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates to serve as a Front Desk Clerk at AC Hotel Cleveland Beachwood, located in Pinecrest, Cleveland's newest mixed‑use district in Orange Village, Ohio.
Job Responsibilities As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for performing a variety of guest service activities while providing the highest level of service possible.
Greet incoming hotel guests upon arrival and offer to assist with luggage.
Provide information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel, i.e. restaurant, lounge, room service.
Provide guests with directions and information regarding the city and immediate area.
Coordinate luggage storage.
Make guestroom deliveries of packages, guest valet laundry, luggage, and other items accurately.
Assist with snow removal including brushing off cars, shoveling, and salting walkways as necessary.
Perform Front Desk Clerk duties including but not limited to checking guests in, monitoring room availability, posting charges (i.e. room, food, telephone), computing bill, collecting payment, and making change for guests, as well as handling guest mail and messages.
Maintain market stock and coffee area as needed.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, front entrance, and surrounding areas.
Job Requirements We are looking for a self‑motivated Hospitality Ambassador with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. Excellent communication skills and a passion for the guest service experience, combined with an eye for detail, are essential.
1 to 3 months related experience; high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
Availability to work a flexible schedule.
