Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This position is located Hybrid in St. Louis, Missouri. The role supports marketing initiatives by managing projects and developing content in collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners. The focus is on driving marketing efforts forward while producing materials that align with overall business and strategic objectives. Duties
Manage and execute marketing projects across internal teams and agency partners Develop and produce marketing materials such as one-pagers, brochures, presentations, and guides Coordinate with stakeholders to support campaign execution and content delivery Participate in project meetings and provide updates aligned with team priorities Maintain timelines, prioritize deliverables, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Review marketing content for accuracy, consistency, and quality Desired Skills / Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant marketing experience Understanding of the marketing communications process Strong communication skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset Experience managing projects and balancing multiple priorities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment and take initiative Benefits

The approximate pay range for this position starts at
$54,000 - $64,000 . Final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and location.
