Our marketing department's goal is to improve communication and relationships with our guestsand explore avenues to reach new potential guests. Weinterface withother members of themarketingteamas well as property managers to developstrategy andcraft our messaging for respective properties through digital marketing channels including email, social media, and our websites and other online platforms.Other projects may includeGoogle paid advertising optimization, online listingsmanagement,and OTA channel improvements (Booking andExpedia, forex.). Our goal is toensure thatourbroad online presentation for each property isclean,accurate,and attractive. This position isgenerally onpremise at one of oursouthern Mainearea properties and involves some travel to nearby properties for content collection, and meetings with management. Daily Duties Build email marketing campaignsusing email marketing platform Photo & video contentgathering, creation, andeditingfor social media Use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts for different businesses Respond to social media messages and comments Audit and update online profiles,listingsand photo content to ensureaccuracy Work with employees, guests,managementand relevant influencers to create engaging content Create visual graphicsin Canva, as needed. Various digital marketing projects, planning, scheduling. Desired Skills Experience with email marketing platforms (Revinateis a plus) Creating reels, and videocontent Experience with Instagram, Facebook,and Pinterest; organic & paid Google My Business, Bing Places, and TripAdvisor managementis a plus GraphicDesign–Canva is essential,Adobeknowledge is a plus Analyze analytics to curate high quality engaging content Attention to detail and design on all platforms Comfortable in front and behind a camera Video editing – Adobe --> bonus!
