This internship offers a dynamic, data‑driven environment where you’ll support the assigned Canvas department, assist with day‑to‑day operations, and contribute to special projects.

What You’ll Do

Engage with the team regularly to conceptualize projects.

Assist with a wide range of initiatives.

Research industry‑specific trends and projects.

Maintain department files and databases.

Support the organization’s goals, values, initiatives, and cost control.

Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other compliance requests and requirements.

Follow all safety and security guidelines to safeguard member and organization assets.

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Self‑starter; able to work independently and within a team.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to maintain confidences.

Background review completion (criminal, employment, address, SSN, vehicle record, sanctions, and sex offender check).

Internal Applicants Current Canvas employees must be meeting performance expectations, consistently demonstrating HEART behaviors, and submit an updated résumé or update their Work History profile with current responsibilities and accomplishments.

Additional Information Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or institution.

Starting pay: $20.00 per hour.

Anticipated internship dates: 6/1/26 through 8/7/26 (may be subject to change).

Work environment: High‑volume, fast‑paced, dynamic office with some travel; must be able to attend meetings and events outside regular hours.

Physical requirements: Manual dexterity, ability to lift files, open filing cabinets; requires bending, stooping, or standing as necessary.
