Content Creator
Lafferty Aluminum & Screening LLC, Palm Bay, FL, United States
We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving
Content Creator
who can capture and edit real, day-to-day moments at Lafferty Aluminum & Screening and turn them into engaging, story-driven content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
This is not a traditional videography role. Think
reality TV style—but real life.
You’ll be filming installs, team interactions, job site moments, and behind-the-scenes content—then editing it into short-form videos that feel authentic, entertaining, and native to each platform.
You’ll be in the field, in the office, and in the shop—telling the story of what we do every day.
What You’ll Do
Film real, day-to-day content across job sites, office, and shop environments
Travel locally to multiple job sites to capture installs, team moments, and customer interactions
Turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos for
TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Edit content in a fast-paced, social-first style (hooks, cuts, captions, trends, pacing)
Capture authentic, unscripted moments that feel natural—not staged
Follow trends, sounds, and formats—but adapt them to fit our brand and industry
Work closely with marketing to align content with campaigns, promotions, and goals
Organize and manage video files and content library
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience editing
short-form social content
(this matters more than cinematic videography)
Ability to tell a story quickly and keep attention within the first 3 seconds
Comfortable filming in real environments (job sites, outdoors, active installs, team settings)
Someone who understands
TikTok/Reels culture, pacing, and trends
Self-starter who can move fast, capture content on the fly, and make decisions independently
Comfortable interacting with team members and capturing real conversations on camera
Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera work (iPhone or camera—both acceptable)
Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Bonus If You Have
Experience creating content for construction, home services, or trades
On-camera personality or ability to direct others naturally
Experience growing or managing social media accounts
What This Role Is Really About
Turning everyday work into
content people actually want to watch
Making our brand feel
real, human, and relatable
Capturing the moments most companies miss
Producing content consistently—not just “perfectly”
Why Join Us
You’ll have constant, real-world content to work with (installs, projects, team)
Fast-paced environment with freedom to create and test ideas
Direct impact on company growth through social media
Opportunity to build a strong portfolio of high-performing content
