About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our Sales Operations team as a
Sales Operations Analyst II , serving as a key contact within a fast‑paced environment, supporting reporting, analytics, operations, and process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to help shape departmental direction and influence overall sales strategy.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation Hybrid work model: at least three days per week in our local office. No sponsorship or relocation assistance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales Organization on business planning and analytics.
Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to requests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to support the Field Sales, Sales Operations, and other cross‑functional partners.
Develop and maintain reports, including new product launch dashboards, forecast modeling, and others, often utilizing multiple data sources.
Partner on special projects as needed.
Identify and lead initiatives for improving processes.
Execute and document various Sales Operations and Program processes as required.
Participate in all team functions and initiatives, actively supporting a positive, collaborative team culture.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
Previous experience in a sales operations or business support role.
Proficient in Excel and experienced with Tableau, Salesforce, and database management.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Results‑oriented team player.
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
Salary Minimum Salary: $59,900; Maximum Salary: $113,800.
