A day in the life: As an Account Analyst at Marsh McLennan Agency, you will support the account management team by completing various administrative service functions for the Business Insurance Department. Operating in a Service Center fashion, the Account Analyst is either assigned to a pool of work on a project-to-project basis or assigned to a specific team.
Duties of an Account Analyst include (but not limited to):
Processing all incoming mail, notices of cancellations, non-renewals, and reinstatements notices.
Reviewing and processing applications, binders, endorsements, renewals, new business policies, census/enrollment requests, and certificates of insurance (applicable by department)
Addressing billing questions, issuing auto ID cards, and completing insurance verifications
Preparing premium quotations on new business, renewal business, and any policy changes on existing policies for the account management team
Communicating with account management team and Director to provide regular updates on all account activity
Ordering and organizing loss run reports
Data entry in Epic

Strong technical capacity with proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs
Strong data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational, problem solving and time management skills
Strong multi-tasking skills and detail oriented
Currently pursuing a Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
A college degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business or another related program
1+ years of relevant Property & Casualty insurance experience
