Requirements & Qualifications: Strong understanding of Global Markets businesses, including FICC and Equities trading activities. Knowledge of trading practices and risk management, and supervisory control expectations. Valuation and product knowledge across GM products (e.g., rates, FX, credit, commodities, equity derivatives) Familiarity with conduct and regulatory expectations, particularly around Market Conduct, Market Abuse, and trade surveillance frameworks. Experience engaging with control functions (e.g., Compliance, Risk, Audit) and understanding control remediation, supervisory controls, and monitoring requirements. Ability to analyse issues and processes, identify control gaps, and articulate proposed enhancements clearly and effectively.
