We are seeking an Account Manager to support Producers by managing a book of business and delivering exceptional client service. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring policies are accurate, coverage needs are met, and service requests are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at building strong client relationships. Work Arrangement

This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to our office located in Southport, NC. Professional Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing responsive and knowledgeable client service. Manage the full policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, and policy updates. Review coverage needs, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance client protection. Act as a liaison between clients, carriers, and underwriters to resolve service issues, billing inquiries, and coverage questions. Prepare and submit renewal applications, proposals, and supporting documentation to ensure timely and accurate processing. Monitor renewal and new business activity to maintain continuous coverage and ensure timely premium payments. Support claims reporting and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure resolution and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems and CRM platforms. Qualifications and Requirements

3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry. Active Property & Casualty insurance license required. Experience with commercial and/or personal lines insurance products and underwriting principles preferred. Proficiency with agency management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards. Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field preferred. Benefits
