The Regional Marketing Executive (RME) will be responsible for strategically driving market development across the Systemic Mastocytosis (SM) landscape. The RME fosters awareness of SM, identifies and develops SM champions, and builds multi-specialty connections to advance care for SM patients. This role informs brand strategy both nationally and locally through insight capture with SM key opinion leaders and requires collaboration with internal teams to drive customer relationships and enhance treatment adoption across the region. The RME develops strategic engagement plans for SM key opinion leaders across the regions. The RME works with Marketing, Sales, Leadership, and Commercial Operations to identify opportunities and unmet needs, while building a geographically dispersed network of SM advocates. This position leads speaker program management, regional marketing initiatives, and regional congress planning. As a field-based role, the RME reports to the Sr. Director, Regional Marketing Executive Team Leader. What will you do?
Lead long-term market development efforts in assigned regions across the SM landscape, focusing on high-potential centers and customers. Develop and execute customer engagement plans for SM key opinion leaders within assigned regions and foster SM KOL connections across multi-disciplinary specialists that treat/manage SM patients. Collaborate with sales VPs and RBDs to inform account strategy and plans through treatment pathway discovery and insight generation to advance care in centers of excellence. Identify, build, and move SM champions along the belief continuum, fostering advocacy within the region. Maintain understanding of regional market dynamics, including key opinion leaders, institutional accounts, and multi-disciplinary teams to advance SM patient care through the development of SM centers of excellence. Partner with sales leadership, commercial field teams, and medical to align regional market development strategies. Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives (insight discovery, ad boards, roundtables, etc.). Support regional congress planning and execution in partnership with Medical, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, and Brand Marketing, including KOL engagement at priority conferences across hematology/oncology and allergist/immunology. Leverage analytical tools to understand business trends and meet or exceed target KPIs. Oversee speaker management, including speaker selection and training in collaboration with HQ marketing. Be a voice for SM key opinion leaders and key customer accounts within the organization, advocating for needs and sharing insights with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to inform brand strategy. Proactively meet with assigned centers and/or customers to solicit feedback and adjust accordingly. Develop and continuously maintain a high level of systemic mastocytosis clinical competence. Act with integrity; uphold ethical behavior and strict adherence to compliance standards. Travel within the US on a regular basis, which may include overnight and weekend travel for regional congresses (estimated 50%+). Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field Minimum 8 years of work experience in marketing, sales, or related functions Minimum 4 years of field marketing, TLL, or other relevant field-type roles Background in Allergy/Immunology and Hematology required Additional qualifications

The base salary hiring range for this position will be $180,000 - $230,000. Actual base salary offered will be based on factors including experience, education, and internal equity.
