Your Key Responsibilities As a Senior Associate‑Consultant in our Edge platform team, you will manage and execute operational and technology‑focused projects across all sectors. You will implement technology to deliver strategies for transactions and transformations, develop experience in pre‑deal (e.g., operational and carve‑out planning) and post‑deal (e.g., integration planning, tracking) engagements, and bring a commercial mindset to consulting tasks.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Hands‑on familiarity with cloud, web & mobile technologies, APIs, and AI; experience with Microsoft Azure SQL, PowerBI, and AI agents.
Project management capabilities – coordinate implementation and customization of the Edge Platform, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver success.
Business & technical mindset – convert abstract business requirements into technical user stories, measurable criteria, and deliver within short sprints.
Change management & communication – champion adoption of tools and technologies through training and implementation strategies.
Business development – assist pursuits and project expansion, demonstrate Edge platforms, and identify automation opportunities.
Relationship building – advise on leading practices and capabilities of Edge platforms across industries and functions.
Innovative mindset – identify product and service expansion opportunities, prototype proofs of concept, and contribute to the product roadmap.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
U.S. citizenship.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Experience training and onboarding users to drive adoption of technology solutions.
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
Ability to assess technology, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure in detail.
Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
Strong prioritization skills and adaptability to new challenges and concepts.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; ability to develop long‑lasting relationships internally and externally.
Understanding of available technologies and applying them to solve business problems.
Residence or commutable distance to an office location for the position.
Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
Ideally, you will have
Proven record of excellence in M&A transactions.
Experience within another large professional services organization.
Established networking skills in relevant industry.
Knowledge of firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
