
Sales Enablement Specialist - COLLEGE INTERN

About the Role
The Sales Enablement Specialist College Intern will play a pivotal role in Silvur's mission to engage and support credit union members by elevating our sales enablement efforts, tracking partner performance, and ensuring seamless execution of our events and conference participation. This internship combines sales enablement technical expertise with creativity to make a meaningful impact for retirees approaching retirement.
Responsibilities B2B Sales Enablement
Partner with the sales team to design and execute monthly newsletters for client and industry partners.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop and distribute partner/client‑specific quarterly reports tailored with data insights for executives.
Leverage AI tools to streamline Sales & Partnerships internal processes.
Clean up and streamline data in the CRM HubSpot, improving deal and contact cleanliness.
Build HubSpot dashboards for pipeline review and partner performance.
Maintain and oversee a content calendar to keep campaigns and updates timely and aligned with goals.
Write and schedule social media posts to promote events, achievements, and product launches.
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, social media engagement) to refine strategies.
Ensure all campaigns are managed, executed, and tracked within HubSpot.
Event Support
Plan, coordinate, and execute Silvur's participation in industry conferences, trade shows, road shows, and other key events.
Develop pre‑ and post‑event outreach strategies, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and follow‑ups.
Review, refine, and enrich prospect list data using AI and HubSpot for accurate outreach.
Collaborate with sales to identify and target key attendees, ensuring alignment with outreach strategies.
Analyze event performance, track ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.
Design repeatable processes for capturing and tracking leads from events using HubSpot or other tools.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is encouraged.
Benefits Internship with Silvur Technology Services. This role requires periodic in‑person time for internal workshops and external partner meetings and conferences. Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
