Account Relationship Manager
As the Account Relationship Manager your role will be to become a retail product and participation program expert that aids existing indirect F&I product agent and sellers in maximizing all Allstate Dealer Services (ADS) product and program participation.
The selected incumbent will focus on account retention by providing both internal and external training and sales support and will act as the primary point of contact for ADS supporting independent agents and sellers to maximize production and profits with all ADS programs.
This position requires field travel of up to 50% of the time in the market; a company vehicle will be provided.
The market includes northern New Jersey, New England and the Mid‑Atlantic states.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for all producing independent agents and dealers in assigned territory
Communicate Area Relationship Manager (ARM) success stories to Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Sales Channel Leader
Monitor the independent agent or dealer production and opportunities in existing accounts and lead overall sales growth strategy for assigned territory
Develop positive and productive independent agent and dealer relationships to attain ADS goals
Directly support all ADS product sales, underwriting, contract processing, cancellations, claims and maximize program profitability
Participate in the registration for and delivery of external training workshops, seminars and classes; work directly with Sr. Instructors to ensure competency of entire regional teams in delivering training to established certification standards
Coordinate training and support activity for assigned Finance and Insurance Specialist; work directly with FIS in developing the skills necessary for future ARM opportunity
Execute all ADS processes and strategies in accordance with ADS best practices
Education
4‑year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience
5 or more years of related experience (Preferred)
Finance & insurance industry experience (Preferred)
Education & Experience (in lieu)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is 98,620.00 – 135,602.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
