Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Syracuse, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Associate will engage in daily tasks such as building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting Arthrex's orthopedic products, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, educating surgeons on product use, and supporting surgical cases as needed. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies in the region.

Qualifications

Sales and communication skills with experience in client relationship management

Knowledge of orthopedic products or medical devices, with the ability to provide product demonstrations and technical support

Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to identify sales opportunities

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a dynamic workload

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred

Experience in orthopedic, medical device, or healthcare sales is highly desirable

Availability to travel for client visits, events, and product demonstrations
