Role Description Troxler Electronic Laboratories is seeking a highly organized Inside Sales Representative to manage a multi‑state territory and drive growth across both equipment and cloud‑based software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage a large pipeline with hundreds of accounts, and is confident owning the full sales cycle from quote to close. Although primarily inside sales, this position includes quarterly travel for customer visits, product demos, and trade shows.

What You’ll Do

Manage a

large, multi‑state territory

with a high‑volume pipeline of active accounts

Build, organize, and maintain a structured pipeline with consistent follow‑up

Handle the full sales cycle independently – qualify, quote, negotiate, and close

Sell both

hard goods and cloud‑based software systems

Conduct virtual product demos and customer consultations

Travel quarterly for customer visits, relationship building, and trade shows

Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting

Collaborate with service, logistics, and technical teams to support customers

What You Bring

Exceptional organizational skills

– able to manage hundreds of accounts simultaneously

Experience selling

hard goods and cloud‑based software systems

2+ years in inside sales, territory sales, or account management

Strong communication and follow‑through

Proven ability to independently quote and close deals

Ability to travel quarterly with a valid driver’s license

Nice to Have

Experience in industrial equipment or technical product sales

Familiarity with state DOTs, engineering firms, or construction contractors

Strong technical aptitude and comfort with product specifications
