Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled

Graphic Designer

with over 5 years of experience focused on corporate production work. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign, and the full Adobe Creative Suite, and understand how to visually communicate complex information in a corporate environment.

As part of our Corporate Communications and Marketing team, you will support internal and external initiatives by producing compelling visuals that align with our brand across digital, print and presentation formats. You will design high-quality marketing collateral, business development materials, internal training visuals, PowerPoint presentations, and branded documents for our portfolio of operating companies nationwide.

The role requires strong production design skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. English/Spanish‑speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the role may involve occasional translation and culturally adapted content. A strong portfolio demonstrating production design work is required for consideration.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design visually engaging graphics and marketing collateral in line with brand standards.

Provide editorial graphic design and occasional copywriting for internal communications.

Produce assets for digital media (intranet, social media, presentations, websites) and print materials (client proposals, trade shows, recruiting fairs).

Adhere to current brand standards and help evolve them.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across operating companies to gather insights, develop creative concepts, and ensure consistent messaging.

Organize and maintain the marketing asset library and searchable catalog on the Brand Center.

Coordinate with external branding and marketing consultants on large projects such as rebrands and new websites.

Occasionally perform back‑end website and intranet maintenance work, including graphic design and content development.

Adapt to shifting priorities and take on additional duties as needed.

Stay updated with marketing trends and proactively learn new tools, platforms and industry trends.

Organize and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of all content‑related tasks.

Key Requirements, Education, Experience

Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or related field (experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).

Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design.

Experience/understanding of the construction industry and the environmental and industrial contracting markets is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with dozens of internal “clients” from corporate and operating companies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web browsers and Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Editorial graphic design experience: visual design, typography, composition.

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, SEO and social media marketing.

Strong content creation skills and project management/organizational skills.

Hybrid work flexibility: self‑motivated to work in‑office or at‑home.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Spanish speaking and translation experience is a plus.

Must provide a portfolio of work and references.
