Job Summary
This is a paid internship program that provides students with broad, real‑world experience in the live entertainment industry. The role is a part‑time position (up to 40 hours per week), hybrid in nature, with the candidate ideally spending 1‑2 days in the office each week. Participants will work closely with the Tour Marketing Team and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of national tour marketing.

THE POSITION – Tour Marketing Intern As a Tour Marketing Intern you will gain direct exposure to live‑event marketing, working cross‑functionally with departments such as creative, PR, sales, and finance. The role includes research, data analysis, promotional support, and budget tracking, all of which will be reported and presented to relevant stakeholders.
What This Role Will Do
Work closely with the Tour Marketing Team to understand the full tour marketing lifecycle and cross‑functional collaboration.
Participate in department meetings.
Conduct artist and fan research to monitor social conversations, fan sentiment, and genre trends.
Create marketing recaps for announcement and on‑sale coverage.
Assist in the execution of national promotions and sweepstakes.
Compile creative assets and collaborate with the creative team on tour collateral.
Coordinate with the PR team to provide tour information and support press events.
Understand budgets and invoice payment, financial reporting, and update media spend.
Learning Objectives
Gain end‑to‑end knowledge of launching national tours across various venue types.
Learn about departments within the Concerts Marketing Division and how to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Develop an understanding of the touring industry, including ticketing and booking.
Apply key learnings to develop a tour marketing campaign for an artist of your choice, to be presented to HR and the tour marketing department at the end of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
Recent graduate, junior, or senior standing.
Minimum age 18 years.
Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional).
Creative thinker and problem solver.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
Strong teamwork orientation and ability to execute programs.
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs., and occasional sitting.
This Program Is During Summer 2026. This internship will take place during the summer of 2026.
