We are seeking an In-House Sales / Estimator professional to support long-term succession planning and operational continuity. This hybrid role combines technical estimating responsibilities with customer-facing sales activities, offering the opportunity to grow into a key position within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically capable, and relationship-driven, with the ability to balance analytical work and client engagement. Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates by reviewing project requirements and specifications. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Support internal teams with project coordination and information flow. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Assist with sales activities and client engagement. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all work output. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency. Qualifications

Industry Experience

Experience in estimating, construction, or related industries preferred. Precast or concrete experience is a plus but not required. Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Education & Skills

Strong computer proficiency required. Ability to learn estimating software and internal systems. Blueprint reading capability required. Technical Skills

Strong analytical and estimating abilities. Project coordination and organizational skills. Customer-focused mindset Strong attention to detail Sales aptitude and relationship-building ability Ability to work independently and collaboratively
