Location: Hybrid 3x a Week Onsite in NYC
Hourly Pay Rate: $47-57/HR on W2
Daily Responsibilities
Own and scale content automation using Seismic, including SQL‑driven data models and client‑ready outputs
Design, build, and enhance automated workflows, integrations, and platform features
Act as Seismic platform SME, advising on capabilities, roadmap opportunities, and integrations
Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical designs and solutions
Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Investments, and Data teams
Support platform adoption through training, documentation, and post‑deployment optimization
Lead delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing scope, quality, timelines, and risk -Contribute to innovation, best practices, and mentorship within the transformation team
Target Skills
5+ years experience in SaaS implementation, automation, solutions engineering, or tech/strategy consulting
Strong SQL mastery with solid relational database fundamentals (absolute requirement)
Proven experience owning automation or integration initiatives end‑to‑end
Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ability to operate fluently between business and technical stakeholders
Experience supporting adoption through change management, communication, and optimization
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable influencing without authority
Compensation $47/hr to $57/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
