Digital Marketing Manager (Social & Content) – Honeywell Aerospace Honeywell Aerospace is a leading provider of innovative aerospace products and services worldwide. As part of our sustainability and growth initiatives, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media and content strategies that enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and build community.

This role reports directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and operates from our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media and content platforms.

Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Synthesize diverse priorities, campaign requests, and regional needs into a cohesive, singular content and social media strategy.

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform decisions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Orchestrate broader social media and content strategies, including social care, listening, and partnership programs.

Oversee governance and policy compliance for enterprise social media standards.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Utilize marketing automation tools and content hosting platforms.

Present strategies and results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.

Expertise in developing engaging content tailored to various social media platforms.

Proficiency with social media analytics tools and content management systems.

Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.

Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and SEO.

Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CMS.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Results‑oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.

Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience managing social media campaigns for brands.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Passion for digital marketing and staying current with industry trends.
