Foreclosure Sales Team Lead

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Foreclosure Sales Team Lead to guide the daily operations of our Foreclosure Sales Department. This role blends hands-on foreclosure sale and post-sale work with team leadership, workflow oversight, and quality control. Oversee and manage the daily workflow of the Foreclosure Sales team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution. Act as the primary point of contact for team questions, process issues, and escalations. Prepare, review, and file foreclosure sale and post-sale documents, including motions, Praecipes, sale notices, bidding instructions, confirmations, deeds, and surplus funds. Coordinate foreclosure sales with courts, sheriffs, master commissioners, auctioneers, and third-party vendors. Track critical deadlines, work queues, and exception reports; proactively resolve delays or risks. Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to firm standards, client scorecards, and court requirements. Maintain accurate case notes and data across CMS, ICE, Tempo, ADR, and other systems. Coach, mentor, and train team members; support onboarding and process updates. Monitor performance metrics and escalate compliance or operational concerns when needed. Provide hands-on support during peak volume or staffing shortages. Assist with audits, client inquiries, reporting, and scorecard rebuttals. Identify and recommend workflow or process improvements. Proactively flag potential compliance or operational risks. What You Bring

23+ years of experience in foreclosure, foreclosure sales, bankruptcy, or creditor-rights operations. 1+ year in a lead, senior, or supervisory support role preferred. Strong understanding of foreclosure sale and post-sale procedures, deadlines, and court requirements. Experience working with client scorecards, audits, and compliance standards. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Perfect Practice or similar case management systems is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Primarily desk-based role with prolonged computer use. Ability to review documents on-screen and in print. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Why Join Us
