Job Title: Client Partner - Staffing & MSP (USA – Northeast Region)

Location:

Connecticut (CT), Maine (ME), Massachusetts (MA), New Hampshire (NH), Rhode Island (RI), Vermont (Remote/Hybrid)

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Permanent

Base salary range for this position is [$70,000 - $100,000] per year + commission. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven

Client Partner

to lead business development and client growth initiatives across the Northeast US region. This role is ideal for a sales-focused professional with strong experience in

staffing and Workforce MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments , who can build strategic relationships and drive revenue growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our presence within MSP ecosystems, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drive

new business development

and revenue growth across the assigned region

Build and manage relationships with

MSP programs, enterprise clients, and key stakeholders

Identify, pursue, and close

new client opportunities

within staffing and workforce solutions

Leverage existing network and relationships (including MSPs such as Allegis or similar) to generate leads and expand business

Act as a

trusted advisor

to clients, understanding their workforce needs and aligning solutions accordingly

Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction

Develop and execute

strategic sales plans

to meet and exceed revenue targets

Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular forecasting and reporting

Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and MSP landscape

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience

in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions

Proven track record in

sales and business development , with consistent achievement of revenue targets

Strong experience working with

Workforce MSP programs

Established network within MSPs (e.g., Allegis, Pontoon, KellyOCG, etc.) is highly preferred

Excellent

client relationship management

and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large enterprise accounts within MSP frameworks

Demonstrated ability to

open new accounts and expand existing ones

Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, execution‑driven approach
