Hybrid Work Schedule 2‑3 days per week onsite at one of the listed CGI office locations.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Partner with client delivery teams during the implementation of the Human Resource Management (HRM) components of the CGI Advantage ERP solution within the public sector.

Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Bring expertise in HRM, including Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits/Deductions.

Provide consulting or system implementation expertise for HR ERP solutions such as SAP, Workday, and Peoplesoft.

Collaborate closely with clients and teammates to document business processes, recommend improvements, configure the HRM application, and test the configuration.

Provide status reports to project managers and monitor the timely completion of scheduled tasks.

Balance attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the big picture.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or a related discipline.

10+ years of experience configuring and/or managing ERP HRM applications.

7+ years in consulting or system implementation of HR ERP solutions such as SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft.

Ability to identify how changes to configuration and software within the HRM module affect downstream functionality.

Ability to assess requirements versus baseline system offerings to document fits versus gaps.

Experience developing and maintaining test plans, conducting system testing, and documenting results.

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work closely with clients.

Ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities and clients.

Strong tracking and prioritization skills.

Team‑oriented focus, knowledge sharing, professionalism in all situations, including high stress.

Ability to work in a non‑conventional environment with a virtual team spanning time zones, including India.

Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Experience with public sector clients is highly desired.

Familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and optionally Visio.

Strongly Preferred

Experience supporting state and local government payroll implementations.

Experience with large‑scale public sector ERP deployments.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint.

Compensation A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 – $198,400.00.
