We’re on the hunt for a savvy Key Account Manager to join our team and lead in propelling profitable growth for the Reckitt Professional portfolio – home to iconic brands such as Lysol and Finish.

As a Wholesale Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with key wholesale partners, manage relationships with leadership, category merchants, sales regions, and more. You will indirectly manage business development managers and partner with brand champions while embodying Reckitt’s core values of Ownership, Entrepreneurship, Partnership, and Achievement.

Your responsibilities

Forge impactful and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

Establish robust connections within key wholesale customers, ensuring seamless success in implementing our business objectives.

Partner with Re‑Distributor Sales reps to unveil fresh opportunities and skillfully close impactful distributor deals.

Build key stakeholder rapport through engaging, consultative, and solution‑based selling approaches.

Lead contract and program negotiations, implement strategic plans, and meticulously track progress for your assigned customers.

Craft and deliver compelling business reviews and customer presentations at all levels, from HQ to sales training and end‑users.

Work effectively with the Customer Marketing team to maximize our partnership agreements with innovative sales, marketing programs, and media plans.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and innovation.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Reckitt Hygiene brands and product efficacy.

Conduct internal business reviews, providing crucial support to forecasting and trade investments.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience.

Re‑Distribution/Wholesale experience, relationships, and a successful track record preferred.

Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation.

P&L Management and analytical skills.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

E‑commerce experience is a plus.

Ability to travel as required.

Your compensation will be aligned with Reckitt’s pay‑for‑performance philosophy.

US salary ranges USD$125,000.00 - $187,000.00

US pay transparency The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience, training, education, relevant skills, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
