Ensure work packages are complete and executable: approved IFC drawings, permits, materials, QC hold points, ITPs, and test requirements.

Lead field coordination for civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C, and specialty systems (HVAC, fire protection, critical utilities, glovebox or hot cell systems if applicable).

Direct subcontractor performance management: mobilization, productivity, quality, safety, and schedule recovery.

Coordinate regulatory deliverables and readiness activities with licensing/authorization basis teams and compliance organizations.

Manage community, local/state, utility, and internal stakeholder communications aligned to project milestones.
