Overview
Head of Commercial - Pricing – North Dublin – Competitive remuneration This role is to work at a very senior level (board members of a listed company) to help drive the sales pipeline. Joining an experienced commercial team in a mature market having the edge to win business is key. Pricing & Finance is key. Working with sales and operations winning business is a real team effort. This is done with true collaboration and should result in acquiring new clients and growing stronger & deeper relationships with exciting ones. This is a very commercial role with high visibility and accountability. Responsibilities
Analysis – a large part of this role will be around pricing and producing winning bid to help win sales and increase bottom line. Excellent financial modelling, market research and financial assessment ability will be needed for this part of the role Commercial bids – working as part of a bid team with sales & operations, the role of finance is crucial, assist with developing financial strategies, deliver customised and original pricing strategies Decision support – working with the Chief Growth officer, providing financial insights and observations to support & assist with strategic planning and decisions Driving performance – oversee and work with sales & operations on a sales pipeline & budgets, reviewing success rates and removing risk/obstacles to increase performance Requirements
Qualified accountant, ideally practice trained with a curious mind This is a senior role working with board members and the wider team, credibility, excellent communication and the ability to influence will be key to the success of this role. This is a fast paced environment, keeping up and adding value will be key Strategic thinking, self-motivation and strong attention to detail Remuneration
