Responsibilities
Title : Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location/Work environment : In facility
Reporting structure : Reporting to Director of Rehab
Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments.
Address patients holistically and execute programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
Collaborate with peers and refer to additional care as needed to support patient thriving.
Ensure high-quality, compassionate care for patients and families.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
Compensation Posted Salary Range: USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
