Summary The Senior Sales Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting strategic and tactical initiatives associated with Strategic Sales Planning including but not limited to target accounts, strategic accounts, key products & services, programs and sales training. The Sr. Sales Analyst will develop new procedures and/or enhance existing procedures. This position will lead recurring and ad hoc sales reporting and analysis. This person knows data definitions and data relationships for growth related areas including sales opportunities, accounts, products/services, revenue, contracts, customer satisfaction, etc. Salesforce or similar CRM system and strong Excel, PowerBI and data skills are required.

This position will support our Strategic Sales Planning group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

Dallas, TX

Orlando, FL

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Create and maintain CRM and PowerBI reports and dashboards for Leadership and the enterprise.

Provides analysis of sales pipeline (week over week; year over year), trends, gaps, and expirations to sales/leaders and related reporting.

Create, analyze and recommend actions based on trends within key performance indicators. Maintaining Key Performance Indicators as assigned. Ensures continuity and successful delivery against these metrics.

Analyze sales pipeline data for Leadership to provide recommendations on sales goals and incentive plans.

Fostering the culture of continuous improvement of services, seeking proactive approaches to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the Sales Operations supportive capabilities. Provide recurring analysis and evaluation of the internal workflow processes. Makes recommendations to Leadership based on identified trends and gaps.

Provides Sales Operations representation in business analysis activities initiated by other departments to collaborate with business users and consult with other departments to ensure business impacts are appropriately addressed.

Provides advice to business users and technical team as a Sales and Account Management Subject Matter Expert.

Collaborates with business users and consults with other departments to ensure business impacts are appropriately addressed as it relates to enterprise reporting.

Collaborates with training department for development of user support materials and training as needed.

Consults with management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope including archiving and quality requirements, usage, formatting, and security requirements.

Act as a mentor to fellow business analysts and provides informal coaching.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required

5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or related areas supporting the creative or sales process (e.g., marketing, design, traffic/project management, sales support, RFI/RFPs, or production).

Experience supporting sales reporting, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics, with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Proficiency in CRM reporting (Salesforce or similar), Microsoft Excel, and Power BI or related reporting tools.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Co‑Pilot or other AI tools.

Strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
