Base salary $66,480 and performance incentives (avg. 6% of salary).

The Role This position involves 80% travel within your assigned territory and 20% office work. You'll build relationships with new and existing customers, introduce our premium sauces and seasonings to American food businesses, and help expand our presence beyond our traditional Asian customer base.
What You'll Do
Cold calling to make appointments
Providing and conducting activities with distributor sales reps
Participating in business travel assigned as needed (10 days per month at least)
Participating in distributors' sales meetings etc
What We're Looking For
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Comfortable with 80% travel throughout the Southern CA and its neighboring States
Able to lift 40+ lbs (product samples and materials)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Coachable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree
Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to listen, follow and execute instructions
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills combined with an aptitude for multi-tasking
Proven analytical and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and obtain desired results & achieve budget
Habits of punctuality
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
Work days and Hours
Monday to Friday
Some weekends may be necessary
Average 40 hours work week
