We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business development and revenue growth within the IT Services space. This role focuses on new logo acquisition, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, targeting, and closing new business opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, client challenges, and market dynamics to shape effective sales strategies. Partner with clients to understand their business and technical needs, positioning tailored IT solutions accordingly. Build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities within target sectors. Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reporting, pipeline visibility, and forecasting. Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful deal execution. Qualifications
Experience in Sales within IT Services or Technology solutions. Strong understanding of IT Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strong business consultative selling approach. Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar). Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Existing network within Florida/South Florida. Existing network in all or some targeted industries, such as logistics, Cruise Lines, high tech, supply chain, automotive distribution, and energy and utilities Experience selling into /enterprise-level, BFSI, Energy, Tech, etc./ organizations. Familiarity with digital transformation, QA automation, or managed services offerings.
