Job Summary Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Dual Eligible Programs, this role leads MGB Health Plan’s Product Innovation strategy for Dual Eligible Programs and supports the cross‑functional Medical Cost Management team with overall strategy, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.

Essential Functions

Affordability / Trend Management Vision & Strategy

– Build and articulate the strategic vision for medical cost‑saving initiatives across all lines of business, ensuring alignment with MGB Health Plan’s goals.

Affordability / Trend Management Initiative Development

– Develop business cases, establish priorities, conduct vendor assessments, and collaborate with key partners to ensure alignment.

Medical Cost Management Implementation & Portfolio Management

– Implement initiatives, allocate resources, manage risks, and track KPIs with Medical Economics and Clinical teams.

Product Innovation Vision & Strategy

– Lead the product innovation roadmap for Dual Eligible Programs, identify gaps, engage stakeholders, and synthesize market research.

Product Innovation Solution Development

– Create business cases, conduct market testing, evaluate vendors, and secure partner buy‑in.

Product Innovation Implementation & Portfolio Management

– Guide team execution, oversee documentation, track KPIs, and evaluate program performance.

Strategic Leadership, Team Management & Communication

– Provide oversight, mentor team members, foster collaboration, and ensure transparent communication across the organization.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration required; Master’s preferred. Experience may substitute for a degree.

Experience

8‑10 years of product strategy, innovation, development, and management experience in a health plan or provider‑related organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strategic thinker with strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and influence at all levels.

Effective in facilitating cross‑functional teams and mentoring staff.

Excellent organizational, planning, delegation, and communication abilities.

Strong writing, presentation, and outreach skills.

Additional Job Details Full‑time hybrid role with in‑office meetings 1‑2 times per month.
