What You’ll Do:
Deliver an exceptional client experience with best-in-class service.
Prepare and package loan files accurately and within required timeframes for Mortgage Loan Originators.
Gather, review, and validate all loan application documentation.
Submit complete loan files to underwriting for review and approval.
Consistently meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Bond loan program
Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving sales environment
Experience with Encompass (or similar LOS) along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable experience within the mortgage industry
Demonstrates a positive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a dedicated work ethic
