Minimum of five years of experience independently handling and resolving first-party property claims or liability claims Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills The highest standards of integrity and ethics Insurance designations such as Associate in Claims (AIC), Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA), or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Associate’s or bachelor’s degree Compensation and Benefits
