Where You'll Make a Difference
In collaboration with the Account Manager (AM), enter customer briefs and related tasks into our System (Salesforce)
Ensure adherence to required processes from brief-to-win through initial order fulfillment
Maintain accurate project, customer, and pricing information in Salesforce and PriceForce, communicating changes as needed
Ensure accurate execution and maintenance of approved customer pricing in SAP
Troubleshoot system-related issues and proactively remove potential roadblocks whenever possible
Handle internal and external inquiries on behalf of the Account Managers (AM), often independently
Facilitate, expedite, and track customer inquiries, samples, documentation, and creative-related tasks
Ensure timely and effective communication with both internal and external customers
Keep the AM informed of potential disruptions relevant to the brief-to-win process
Coordinate across multiple internal departments to support customer and business needs
What Makes You the Right Fit
High School Diploma or General Educational Development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Proactive, tenacious, and results-driven approach to work
Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems
Previous experience in customer service-focused, cross-functional environments

Strong working knowledge of
Excel
Experience working in
flavor houses, fragrance companies, or food-related industries
