Director of Finance, Health,
you will serve as the strategic finance business partner for the Health Division's Executive Leadership team. You will drive the FP&A function including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, headcount planning, business cases, and support for key business initiatives. You will also develop and manage a team of corporate financial analysts. This role reports to the Vice President, Finance and operates on a hybrid schedule from our local office (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Responsibilities

Serves as a senior member of the Health Finance team, influencing business strategy and sharing accountability for the business’ financial performance. Drive consistency around financial reporting and financial modeling used for strategic investment decisions. Support Health initiatives, develop business models for incremental revenue opportunities and new products. Ensure functional leaders and senior executives receive financial support for forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, expense analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, and other decision-making needs. Provide analytical insight and objective information on forecasts and operations to enable informed decision making by Health business leaders. Oversee the capital allocation process for the Health division. Analyze and interpret financial information, make recommendations on policy, resource allocation, and operations to improve financial performance; alert senior leadership to trends requiring attention. Create, prepare, and monitor forward-looking KPIs to support achievement of forecasts. Pursue continuous improvements to financial processes through automation, streamlined processes, better communication, training, and documentation. Support Health FP&A responsibilities, including communications to Division and Corporate stakeholders such as three-year plans, quarterly forecasts, the annual budget, and monthly Division presentations. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering talent and succession planning. Perform other duties as assigned by the Health VP, Finance. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, related field, or equivalent experience required MBA, preferred CPA, preferred Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ total experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial analyst role in a subscription-based business model; 3 years’ experience managing a team of financial analysts in a large corporate environment. Proactive experience as a strategic finance business partner to the senior leadership team. Strong teamwork and continuous development mindset. Collaborative leader with strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (Great Plains, Oracle, SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and CPM tools preferred. Additional Information
LI-Hybrid Compensation:
$165,400.00 – $295,600.00 USD Bonus eligibility Compensation range is location-based; specifics discussed with the recruiter during the hiring process.
