Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid with 4 days in office

Who You Are As GoNanas’ Sales Coordinator, you’ll be a critical partner to Sales, Operations, and Planning, ensuring our wholesale business runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll own the day-to-day execution that supports brokers, retailer relationships, distributor coordination, and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
Responsibilities
Take detailed notes during sales and broker meetings and ensure action items are captured and assigned in Monday.com
Manage and maintain Monday.com workflows to track deadlines and follow-ups
Support creation and updates of sales materials including sell sheets and retailer presentations
Help manage broker communications and maintain organized email follow-up
Assist with paperwork and administrative needs related to retailers and distributors
Coordinate internal timelines to support retailer launches and promotions
Maintain organized records of sales documents, pricing, and retailer information
Support sales reporting by pulling and organizing data for retailer meetings, promotional reviews, and internal tracking
Skills and Experience Required
Experience in a CPG or startup environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with wholesale distributors (e.g., KeHE, UNFI) and syndicated data tools is a plus
Experience working with ERP systems and EDI
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfort working with large datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Self-directed, proactive, and excited to take ownership in an unstructured environment
