This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Territory Sales Representative based in Texas. The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and providing product knowledge to customers. Additional responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Collaborating with the team to align sales activities with company goals is also a key aspect of this role. You will receive training in product knowledge, sales strategy, and territory development, with a clear path to a high-income outside sales career. Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma (Bachelor’s or greater preferred but not required) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management capabilities Willingness to cold call and prospect in the field Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Valid driver’s license Preferred (not required):

Sales experience (B2B, construction, or industrial) Familiarity with coatings, janitorial, or building materials CRM experience Knowledge of construction, industrial products, and/or concrete precast. Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights A Successful Candidate is...

This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus uncapped commission. High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through strong sales performance and account growth. This position is eligible for Quarterly bonuses based on achieving goals throughout the year.
