The Learning Experience Designer will design, develop, and maintain external certification and partner education programs. This role focuses on building high‑quality learning content that enables advertisers, agencies, and partners to effectively use products and tools.
Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive certification programs for external audiences, including advertisers, agencies, and emerging partners, delivered through our educational programs.
Create immersive learning experiences that help external learners understand our value proposition, campaign setup workflows, and optimization best practices.
Develop and maintain tiered certification pathways (101/201/301) that support learner progression from foundational platform knowledge to advanced campaign execution.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across Product, Partner Management, Marketing, and Sales to ensure certification content remains accurate, current, and aligned with business outcomes.
Design and develop multi‑modal learning experiences, including instructor‑led training (ILT), virtual ILT, eLearning, video, simulations, and microlearning.
Apply instructional design fundamentals, adult learning principles, and UX best practices to create clear, intuitive, and engaging learning content.
Develop performance support assets such as assessments, knowledge checks, videos, guides, infographics, and job aids to reinforce learning and support on‑the‑job application.
Update and refine existing learning content based on platform updates, stakeholder feedback, and learner insights.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align learning content with business priorities and partner needs.
Support needs analysis efforts by gathering requirements, documenting learning gaps, and translating inputs into effective learning solutions.
Collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts to ensure certification content is accurate, relevant, and instructionally sound.
Qualifications
Experience designing and developing learning content for external or customer‑facing audiences.
Hands‑on experience creating eLearning and training assets using established tools, templates, and style guidelines.
Strong understanding of instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, learner‑friendly content.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with subject‑matter experts and cross‑functional partners.
Compensation & Benefits The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.00/hr to $45.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors such as education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
