The Field Marketing Specialist role is a full‑time hybrid position based in Greater Boston, with flexibility for some remote work. The responsibilities include developing and executing field marketing plans, managing campaigns, driving local event strategy, and generating leads. Collaboration with sales teams to build targeted marketing initiatives, as well as tracking and reporting the success of field marketing activities, will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications
Expertise in Market Planning and Field Marketing, including planning and executing localized strategies Strong skills in Lead Generation and developing customer outreach initiatives Excellent Communication abilities, including coordination with internal teams and external partners Experience in Sales support and collaboration with sales teams to align efforts Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure campaign success Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience within the technology or biotech industries is a plus
