What You’ll Do As a Party Consultant (Call Center Representative), you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, working with them to design the ultimate party experience. You’ll be responsible for selling our fantastic party packages, which include food, drinks, and exciting attractions for birthday parties, corporate events, and more!

Day in the Life
You’ll be booking events, handling inbound/outbound inquiries, and working with our guests to craft the perfect experience.
You’ll follow up with guests to ensure everything went as planned, aiming to create repeat business and glowing referrals.
You’ll collaborate with the team to help drive the success of our events and sales efforts.
You’ll always have a positive, energetic attitude that shows our guests why we’re the best in the business.

Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and thrive in a
high-energy, fun environment .
Drive to learn, develop sales skills, and grow within the company.
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
