2+ years of
footwear color design experience Strong focus on
CORE/evergreen Color design (not seasonal/trend-based) Ability to build color stories based on
established palettes Understanding of
consumer, storytelling & product lifecycle Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite Nice to Have:
Strong
color inspiration & storytelling approach Experience working with
enterprise-level brands/retailers Ability to
take feedback and iterate quickly Experience with
Keynote / PowerPoint Work with
Kids & Core Footwear Design Team (Global) Highly
collaborative, fast-paced environment Focus on
long-term, consumer-driven design
