MANAGER, ENTERPRISE MARKETING OPERATIONS – Hybrid (On-site 3 days/week) You are a systems-minded marketing operations leader who thrives on bringing structure, scalability, and clarity to complex environments. As Manager, Enterprise Marketing Operations, you will transform marketing into a repeatable, governed, and data-driven operating system—reducing campaign cycle times, improving execution quality, and enabling measurable growth across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Standardize enterprise marketing workflows. Design and implement campaign intake, prioritization, routing, and content operations processes from brief through publication.

Establish governance frameworks. Define standards for brand voice, modular content, accessibility, data taxonomy, UTM tracking, and channel naming.

Ensure compliance and risk management. Build workflows with automated guardrails, audit trails, and approval structures to meet regulatory and internal requirements.

Enable Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) at scale. Influence strategy, implementation, and adoption across business units while establishing repeatable enterprise models.

Orchestrate campaigns and customer journeys. Manage audience segmentation, personalization, deployment operations, and performance monitoring.

Drive enterprise vendor and budget management. Establish preferred vendor programs, SOW standards, rate cards, and SLA governance.

Build scalable marketing systems. Connect process, platform, and data to create predictable, measurable outcomes across all business units.

Travel Typical/expected overnight travel: up to 20%.

Qualifications

Marketing Operations Expertise. 7–10+ years in Marketing Operations (B2B/enterprise preferred) with hands‑on ownership of process design, martech administration, data governance, and reporting calibration. Preferred vendor/contract management experience for martech + service providers (SOWs, SLAs, RFPs).

Enterprise Environment Experience. Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders, business units, or geographies in complex organizations. Preferred experience running shared service campaign orchestration for multiple BUs/regions.

End‑to‑End Ownership. Experience designing scalable processes, managing marketing technology stacks, establishing governance frameworks for data, taxonomy, and execution quality, and delivering performance reporting. Preferred experience implementing or administering consent and preference management, suppression logic and compliance checks, audit trails and approval workflows within marketing platforms.

Strategic and Hands‑On Capability. Ability to operate at both roadmap and execution levels, shifting seamlessly between strategy and delivery.

Lead Lifecycle Knowledge. Experience building scoring, routing, and nurturing models and integrating MAP with CRM systems.

Data Governance & Taxonomy Expertise. Proven experience establishing campaign taxonomy, UTM standards, and execution frameworks.

Technical Knowledge & CRM Proficiency. Deep expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, along with BI and data tools. Preferred SFMC operations and hands‑on experience building and operating Journey Builder programs at scale. Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA/CASL) and consent management in platform.

Operational Excellence Mindset. Experience running structured systems of work including standups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles.

Execution Discipline. Ability to bring structure, transparency, and predictability to fast‑moving environments.
